Injury Claims Account for 4% of California Workers' Comp Benefit Payments |
| The #1 injury
diagnosis for restaurant workers is minor wound/injury to the skin, the Scorecard said. These represent nearly 1 out of 3
restaurant claims, but only 4.4 percent of the loss payments, as they tend to be relatively inexpensive cases. |
